The very many mystifying feather of Motithang Higher Secondary School has come out flying beautifully in the northern sky.We have different strands everyday on our innocent minds. We try to make the silken knot of knowledge and wisdom every moment. We try to make our school an index of values and ideals of society, the school of honesty, dignity, truth and humanity and to be the lighthouse of society.
The vision with which the school works that a student who approaches the final years in school would have developed:
" To abstain from taking life, to abstain from taking what is not right, to abstain from sensuous misconduct; to abstain from false speech; to abstain from intoxicant as tending to cloud the mind."

Motithang Higher Secondary school was established in the year 1975. It is in Thimphu, which is the capital city of Bhutan. Motithang Higher Secondary School concerns itself with education of the total human being knowledge and intellectual capability alone are not sufficient to meet life's challenge.
